Goedekers - Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life
I buy everything online and have never had such a terrible experience.You better be 100% sure you won't need to return whatever you purchase from this company.
They will charge you a hefty return shipping fee, however some kind of return shipping fee is acceptable. What is not acceptable is to be treated like a pest and belittled by their customer service representatives (particularly a rep named Chelsea) for inquiring on the status of your refund.
I have never been spoken to the way Chelsea spoke to me by any customer service representative ever.Buy your furniture from people who will treat you like a human being.
