Goedekers - Stay away
I received a defective refrigerator. I invested in a refrigerator thermometer to accurately determine that the fridge wan't cooling properly.
The company sent a repairman who confirmed that it wasn't cold enough and told me not to use it. I have been waiting for many weeks for it to be repaired or replaced. Nothing is happening. No one has contacted me despite repeated calls and e-mails.
By the way I keep reaching the same person. It makes me wonder if this is a legitimate operation.
This company has 0 customer service. I would never deal with them again and I advise everyone to go elsewhere.
Even if their prices are good it is not worth the hassle and aggravation. Buyers beware
